Terms of Service

1. The service

Novakstream provides access to an IPTV streaming subscription for the period you choose (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and, on request, a free 24-hour trial.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders placed on this website are requests. No payment is taken on the website. After checking your order, our team emails you a secure payment link, and your subscription starts once payment is confirmed.

3. Free trial

One free trial is available per customer and email address. We may decline or end a trial in case of misuse.

4. Your use

The subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share or resell your login details.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available 24/7, but streams can be affected by your internet connection, your device or events outside our control. Channel lists may change over time.

6. Duration

Each subscription ends at the end of the paid period. There is no automatic renewal.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
