Watching IPTV on your living-room TV takes about ten minutes. You need three things: a Smart TV connected to the internet, an IPTV player app, and the login details we email you after your order or free trial.
1. Check your connection
For a stable picture, connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if you can. On Wi-Fi, keep the router close to the TV. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
2. Install a player app
Open your TV’s app store (Samsung Smart Hub, LG Content Store or Google Play on Android TV) and install the IPTV player listed in your setup guide. Each brand uses a slightly different store, which is why our guide covers them one by one.
3. Enter your login details
Open the app and choose the login method shown in your email: usually a username, password and server address, or a playlist link. Type them exactly as written, because they are case sensitive.
4. Load channels and the TV guide
The first load can take a minute while channels, movies and the EPG guide download. Then pick a category and start watching.
Troubleshooting
- If channels buffer, restart the router and the TV, then try a wired connection.
- If the login fails, check for extra spaces when copying your details.
