About the free trial

Can I try the service before ordering?

Yes. Request a free 24-hour trial on our website and test Novakstream on your own device before you buy. No payment or card is needed.

Which devices are supported?

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Android TV boxes, MAG and Formuler devices, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows or Mac computers.

What internet speed do I need?

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal gives the most stable picture.

Will you help me set it up?

Yes. Our support team is available 24/7 by email and will guide you step by step on your device.

How do you handle my personal data?

We only collect the details you enter in our form. We never share them, and we delete them when your subscription ends.
